Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. Business days are considered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We use Royal Mail to deliver all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping. If you experience any issues, please contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking information.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled after dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address and details are correct before completing your purchase.
